Items must be received by us in the same condition as sent. Any items which appear to have been worn will be returned to the buyer

Keep the following exceptions in mind:

Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker

Headscarf/Hijabs/Veil: Items may not be exchanged or returned, unless authorised prior making the purchase.

Undergarment (Men’s/Boys/Ladies Trousers): may not refund due to hygiene reasons

Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging

Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging

Sale Items/White Friday: sale items can only be exchanged, if the size is not available or you do not wish to exchange we will offer a CREDIT NOTE which will be Valid for 12 months to be used on our website. Re-Delivery charges can be applied for items if sizes need changing. 

Personalized Products: Personalized items are non-refundable and can take anything up to 7 working days.

Some of our brands, including watches, jewellery, headscarf have their own policies and bespoke, altered, personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged"id_5="1567528187182" title_5="When will I receive the refund for my return?" content_5="Refunds will be issued within three working days but may take 5 working days to show on your PayPal | Credit | Debit card account."]

Customers are responsible to return the item, Jlifestyle does provide a RETURN LABEL, cost of Return Label will be deducted when the items have reached our return department.

Return Label Cost | £4.50 for UK customers

International Returns | Customer will need to return using their local courier company, we are unable to provide Pre-Paid Label.

All return must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. J Lifestyle by Jubbas.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any items. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as soon as our Distribution Centre has received them. If you wish to exchange any items, please place a new order.

5) What if my items are over 14 Days?

If the item/s are received after 14 Days, our team will automatically issue a CREDIT NOTE which is Valid for 12 months,credit note will be sent via email.

Any items received after 28 Days we will simply return the item/s back and there will be delivery charge incurred.

6) All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return, and will be returned to the sender if they are not in their original saleable condition.

Sale Items/White Friday: sale items can only be exchanged for SIZE, unable to swap for different STYLES. A delivery charge will be payable for exchange of sale purchases. If sizes are unavailable we will offer CREDIT NOTE which is valid for 12months

Personalised Products: Customised items are non-refundable

In store Purchases | Products purchased from our RETAIL STORES, can ONLY offer Exchange/Credit Note. Proof of purchase is required.

8) We aim to process all refunds within 7-10 Working Days of receipt however this may take longer during peak periods. Our team are unable to process any REFUNDS during EID Week.
